SENIOR HEALTHCARE IT FIELD ENGINEER - DALLAS, TX

True Process, Inc is seeking a Senior IT Field Engineer to join our team in the Dallas, Texas area.

Position Description

As a Senior IT Field Engineer you will be working in hospitals deploying the latest in wireless medical device technology. In this position, you will work closely with project managers, sales and our team located in Glendale, WI. You will need to be organized, able to work independently and must have excellent customer-facing skills.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

  • 4 year College Degree (required)
  • Related Certifications (MCSE, CCNA, etc.) (preferred)
  • Healthcare experience (preferred)
  • Minimum of three years experience in IT
  • Windows Server and SQL Server experience
  • Project Management, Documentation
  • Networking, Wireless, LDAP
  • Server and database troubleshooting

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Must be able to travel at least 75% of the time (potentially 10% internationally to South America)
  • Valid driver’s license and adequate vehicle insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. repetitively
  • Clear criminal background check
